In-Home Services – Family Connections
In-home services utilized the Family Connections service model to provide intensive family support services in the home.
Often these families are referred from investigations.
About In-Home Services
In-Home Services is dedicated to family preservation by providing support to families where they are and in ways that work to promote safety, health and well-being within the home.
The In-Home services Practitioner or Intensive Family Support Services Worker aids families in creating goals to enhance preventive measures, reducing risk of child abuse and neglect and providing families with skills to address situations as they arise.
The Children, Youth, and Families Department’s In-Home Services Program receives referrals that identify families that need supports and services in order to provide a safe and nurturing environment for their children.
