Multi-Level Response

Multi-Level Response responds to lower level reports received by State-wide Central Intake (SCI). These reports are routed to a family support worker rather than an investigator.

Family support workers then complete a comprehensive family assessment and the family will receive intetensive case management and support services specific to their needs.
